Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address, a display name, a unique account identifier, and which sign-in method you use (email/password or Google).

If you sign up with email, your password is stored only as a salted bcrypt hash — we never store it in readable form. If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Google and we receive your basic profile (email, name and, if available, a profile picture).

Your chat messages, prompts, conversation titles and the Assistant's responses are stored in your account so you can return to them.

Generated content: images, audio/voice and videos you create, plus the projects you organize them in.

Imported/uploaded content: images, videos and audio you upload for editing, reference or processing.

Microphone and voice recordings: when you use voice features (such as voice creation/cloning or dictation), the audio you record is processed to produce the result you asked for (for example a cloned voice or a transcription).

To generate results, the relevant prompt or media is sent to third-party AI providers that power each feature — for example OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs and Runway. These providers process the input to return a result and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices.

Only the data needed to perform the request is shared with the provider for that feature.

Audio you submit for transcription or dictation is converted to text, and voice recordings used for voice creation are processed to build the requested voice output. The resulting text or audio is stored in your account.

We record operational information needed to run the service and enforce fair use — for example counts of messages and generations, TiJoel Credit usage, timestamps, and basic technical/log data (such as error and request logs).

Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — not by us. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

We store server-side transaction identifiers, your plan/entitlement status, and TiJoel Credit ledger records so we can deliver what you purchased, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and keep accurate accounting.

Your media is stored on secure cloud object storage. Files are private to your account and are served through short-lived, access-controlled links rather than public URLs.

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (see “Account deletion” below), which removes your account record and your user content such as chats, images, audio, videos and projects.

Some records — such as subscription/transaction identifiers and billing/accounting entries — may be retained for a limited period where needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.

Open the app menu and tap “Delete account”, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and associated user content and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, token-based authentication, and account-scoped access controls so your content is accessible only to you.

You can access and update your basic account information, and you can delete your account and content from within the app. For other privacy requests, contact us using the details below.

TiJoel AI is not directed to children, and you must meet the minimum age required in your country (and at least 13) to use it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
