Terms of Service

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate account information.

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. Do not create content that violates others' rights or applicable law.

Only submit voice recordings and media you have the right to use. Do not use voice features to impersonate or clone a person's voice without their consent.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or breach the security of the service.

You keep your rights in the prompts, images, videos and audio you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit that content (including to the third-party AI providers that power each feature) solely to operate and provide the service to you.

AI features can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected results and should not be relied on as professional advice. Your use of generated content is also subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for how you use outputs you create.

Features are powered by third-party providers such as OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs and Runway. Your inputs are processed by the relevant provider to generate results, under their terms.

Paid plans (such as Creator, Pro and Studio) are offered as subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not within the app.

TiJoel Credits are internal service credits used to access eligible features in the app. They are not money, currency, cryptocurrency, cash, an investment, or transferable monetary value, and they have no cash value outside the app.

Credits may be included with a plan or bought as a one-time (consumable) purchase through the app store. Consumable credit purchases are final once delivered, except where a refund is required by the applicable store's policies or by law.

Because purchases are processed by Apple or Google, refunds are handled according to the Apple App Store and Google Play policies. We do not process card refunds directly.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, and generation results depend on third-party providers that may change.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or AI outputs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
